These terms apply when you use geocko.ai (the "website"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who we are
The website is run by Geocko Intelligence Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17419911. Our registered office is Flat 5, 190 Fraser House, Cromwell Road, London SW5 0SL. You can contact us at hello@geockointelligence.com.
2. What the website is
The website is an information site about Geocko Intelligence Ltd and its three offerings: Nuzu, Geocko and GI Studio. It is not an online shop and you cannot buy anything through it.
Each offering has, or will have, its own terms and privacy information, which apply when you use or buy that offering. Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract for any of our products or services, or a promise that any product or service will be available at any time or in any place. Where we describe something we are planning, it is a description of intent and can change.
Any images of apps on this website are illustrations. They may show demonstration data or an early version and may not match the finished product.
3. Information only, not advice
The content on this website is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, health or medical advice. Do not rely on it for decisions of that kind. Nuzu is a training and wellness app, not medical advice, and Geocko is a forecasting game. Neither is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything or to take any health or training decision. If you need advice, ask a qualified professional.
We take reasonable care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete or error-free.
4. Using the website
You may view the website and use the contact form for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the website in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
- send us material that is abusive, defamatory, infringes someone else's rights, or contains viruses or harmful code;
- use the contact form to send advertising or unsolicited marketing, or to send the same message repeatedly;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our servers or any connected system, or to disrupt or overload them;
- use automated tools to copy the website's content in bulk (scraping), or to place unusual load on it.
We may block access if we reasonably believe you have broken these rules.
5. The contact form
When you send us a message, we use your details as set out in our Privacy notice. Please do not send health information, passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information through the form. Do not send us confidential information unless we have first agreed in writing to receive it. Sending a message does not create a client relationship or any contract.
6. Ownership and your use of our content
The website and its content, including text, design, images, logos, code and the arrangement of all of these, belong to Geocko Intelligence Ltd or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. All rights are reserved.
"Geocko Intelligence", "Nuzu", "Geocko" and "GI Studio" and the related logos are trade marks of Geocko Intelligence Ltd. Nothing on the website gives you a licence to use them.
You may view the website, and print or share a link to a page for your own non-commercial use or for ordinary business reference to us. You may quote short extracts of text if you credit Geocko Intelligence Ltd and link to the source. You must not copy, republish, sell or build on other content, or remove any notices, without our written permission. If you want to use our content or logo (for example in a news article), email us and we will usually say yes.
7. Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites, including our product sites and sources we mention. These are provided for convenience. We do not control other websites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Check their terms before you use them.
8. Availability and technical issues
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the website is free of viruses or harmful code, so you are responsible for using your own up-to-date protection. If you tell us about a fault, we will do our best to fix it.
9. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.
Subject to that, the website is provided free of charge and "as is". To the fullest extent the law permits:
- we are not liable for any loss that arises from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from relying on its content;
- we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
- if you are a business, our total liability to you connected with the website will not exceed GBP 100.
If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected by these terms.
10. Changes to these terms and to the website
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website on the day you use it applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Please check back now and then.
11. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. These terms, together with our Privacy notice and Cookie policy, are the whole agreement between us about your use of the website.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim connected with the website (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts there, and if you live elsewhere in the UK you keep any rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your home country.
