How we handle your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to do the work you ask for, and only on your instructions. Before we touch any personal data, we agree a written data protection agreement with you. It names the AI providers involved, and we tell you before that list changes. We keep personal data out of AI prompts unless the job needs it. We keep health and other sensitive data out of AI tools unless you agree to it in writing. When the work ends, we delete your data or hand it back.

Before we touch any personal data we agree a written data protection agreement with you, name the AI providers involved, and keep personal data out of AI prompts unless the job needs it. We keep health and other sensitive data out of AI tools unless you agree to it in writing.
Do you handle UK GDPR?
We design every build with UK GDPR in mind and give you a data note with each project. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice; your own adviser should review anything that affects your obligations.
Will AI replace my staff?
To some level, yes: agents can take over work that people do today, and we say so openly when we scope a job. We build agents that do work for you, and we leave recruitment screening and staff monitoring to others.
Can you work with firms outside the UK?
We work mainly with UK businesses. Tell us where you are and we will say whether we can help.
